Inovasi Pelayanan Izin Tinggal Orang Asing Melalui Sistem Notifikasi Izin Tinggal Keimigrasian (SITITIK)

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the innovation foreign residence permit services carried out factors driving inhibiting these innovations. research method used is descriptive qualitative, using interview, observation, documentation data collection techniques. analysis uses an interactive model with process reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. results show that SITITIK has met requirements as a service because it new values advantages over old system; conformity innovations; innovations experience complexity; trials have been out; are easily observable. supporting factor lies incompetent human resources while in network presence bugs.
